Enchanted Forest Pitlochry
The Enchanted Forest is currently on in Pitlochry and will run until 27th October. As always, it is a great night out for people of all ages. I went the other night and took some photos of the wonderful lights in the forest.

Brave Movie at Blair Castle, Near Pitlochry
The latest Disney Movie in a 13th Century Castle in the heart of Highland Perthshire!!
Our tickets are booked and we are off to see the Brave movie at Blair Castle on 6th August. This special screeing is only available from 6th August to 9th August, so a must see if you are in the Pitlochry area.

Murder Mystery in Pitlochry Hotel....
It doesn't happen very often, but the Knockendarroch House Hotel has been acknowledged in a wonderful piece of crime fiction by Ian Simpson. The book is called "Murder on Page One" and the lovely author who has stayed with us a number of times, informed us that he had our Pitlochry Hotel in mind when writing his book - how thrilling! Special Birthday at our Pitlochry Hotel
A 20 minute and very scenic drive from our Pitlochry Hotel along the road to Crieff brought the Knockendarroch team to Scottish Quads. We were here to celebrate Mar's special Birthday and what a great way to do it! Complete with protective clothes we travelled off road in search of the best vantage points to admire the Spectacular Perthshire scenery. Of course, if a muddy adventure is not for you then stepping out on to the balcony from our superior rooms here at our Pitlochry Hotel can offer a much more relaxing way to enjoy fabulous views.
It's not just our balcony rooms that offer great views and our Spring Breaks give you a perfect opportunity to sample our Premier rooms offering some of the best in Pitlochry luxury accommodation. There are also fine South facing views from Knockendarroch's lounge - an ideal place to relax in the afternoon to enjoy a cup of tea with a fresh cream and jam scone or, if you prefer something a little stronger, then please pause at our whisky cabinet! In the evening or over breakfast you can enjoy fine food in our peaceful dining room with Ben Vrackie mountain as a back drop. You never know, after breakfast you may even decide to climb it!

New Four Poster Room
We have now re-opened for the season and are looking forward to another busy year in our Pitlochry Hotel. As always, there is a lot going on in the area with activities to suit all of our guests - whether you're seeking extreme outdoor pursuits or just a relaxing couple of days in front of a log fire.
